Pocillopora– This SPS coral is hardier and easier to keep than the similar Acropora coral, but has similar elegant branching shape andbeautiful red or pink color. These specimens are cultured and not taken from the reef.

Pocilloporaneed moderate to high lighting and moderate to high water flow. It’s necessary to maintain stable alkalinity, calcium, magnesium, and trace elements. Be sure to acclimate new coral to bright lighting slowly and carefully.
